Expense splitting app
Kvitt keeps track of who paid what in a group and works out who owes whom. It is free, has no limit on expenses and shows no ads.
How it works
- Create a group for the trip, the flat or dinners. Invite people with a link, a QR code or from your contacts.
- Add expenses: the amount, who paid and how to split it.
- The balance shows who gets money back and who owes, per group and in total.
- Settle up and mark it as paid. When the balance is 0, you are kvitt.
4 ways to split a bill
A $90 dinner for You, Emma and Jonas, split four ways:
| Split | You | Emma | Jonas |
|---|---|---|---|
| Equally | $30 | $30 | $30 |
| Percent: 50, 25, 25 | $45 | $22.50 | $22.50 |
| Amounts: what each ate | $40 | $30 | $20 |
| Shares: 2, 1, 0 | $60 | $30 | $0 |
Shares are handy when someone pays for two, and 0 shares means that person is not in on this expense.
